An access code is a special code that allows a specified number of users to create usernames and passwords so that they can access the course on an ongoing basis.
To create user names and passwords with your access code click the Enroll link to the left and enter your code in the Access Code field.
If this is the first time you are enrolling in a course at the ePayroll Learning Center, select the "I am a new user" button and click Enroll. You will then fill out a short form and create the username and password that lets you access this course. You won't need to enter the Access Code again for this course.
If you have previously enrolled in a course at the ePayroll Learning Center, enter the new course's Access Code, select the "I already have a user name and password" button, and click Enroll. You won't need to enter the Access Code again for this course.

My user name and password does not work.
You can check to see if you are using the correct user name and password. Remember, passwords are case sensitive. Please note that all courses expire on September 20 of the following year. If you still have issues, please contact customer service at 800-444-5015 or customerservice@holmescorp.com.
I've purchased enrollments for two people and received only one Access Code.
The one Access Code you received will allow you to enroll both people. Simply use the same Access Code twice to create each person's username and password.
I purchased my enrollment in the ePayroll Learning Center Store and never received an order confirmation.
An order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address you entered within one business day of purchasing your enrollment. If the e-mail address was entered incorrectly, you will not receive an order confirmation. Call 800-444-5015, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. CT, to confirm your order and receive your Access Code.
Now that I have an Access Code, when can I expect to receive my printed materials?
You will receive your printed materials within four days of our receipt of your order.
