Unused items may be returned for a full refund (less shipping/handling) within 30 days of the original ship date under the following two conditions:

  1. It is still in its original condition such that it can be resold; AND
  2. The online portion of the program has not been activated.

Please enclose a copy of the original invoice. If you do not have a copy of your invoice, please call us at (800) 444-5015 or (651) 905-2600 and we will provide one to you. You will receive credit for the price of the program in the original form of payment you provided. We do not issue credit for any shipping or handling charges. Refunds can take up to 15 business days for the credit (if applicable) to appear on your account.
